Order Cancellation and Refunds

• Before Preparation:
  You can cancel your order before the cake preparation begins in our kitchen. In this case, we will refund the full payment.
• After Preparation or During Delivery:
  Once the cake preparation has started or the delivery is on the way, we cannot offer a refund. This is because the cake and delivery charges are non-recoverable for us.

Refund Process

• Refunds will take a minimum of 24 hours and up to 5 working days to process. The time may vary depending on your bank’s network and policies.
